Blazer Brand guarantees 100% customer satisfaction with every purchase from our website.  Buyers are able to complete a return anytime, for any reason, within 45 days of their purchase date.  

How do I return an item?

1)  To start a return, please email contact@blazerbrand.com. Make sure to include your order number and the items you wish to return.

2)  Blazer Brand will authorize the return* and provide you with a shipping label.

3)  You will pack the item safely in a box and drop it off at your local carrier.

4)  Upon receipt of your return.  Blazer Brand will inspect the item and issue a refund minus the cost of return shipping.  

Authorizing Returns

When Blazer Brand authorizes a return, we make sure it is within 45 days of the purchase date. We will also let you know if there are any charges related to your return request, such as the cost of return shipping.

How do I get a FREE return?

If one of our items is defective, your purchase is eligible for free return shipping. The customer must request free return shipping and state their problem. Blazer Brand guarantees free return shipping for defective items.

**For returns greater than $100, Blazer Brand will add insurance to the return shipment and subtract that from the refund in addition to the shipping cost.
